Role Overview
We’re seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. You will work closely with budget holders and senior leaders to deliver insightful, meaningful financial reporting and analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the charity.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with budget holders to support planning, forecasting, and budget monitoring

Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders

Analyse financial and non-financial drivers across business units

Prepare concise, narrative-driven reports for senior leadership

Ensure robust financial planning aligned with organisational goals

Identify areas for improvement and challenge existing processes to drive efficiency
What We’re Looking For
-
Experienced finance professional with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

Previous work in the charity or non-profit sector (preferably international) is highly desirable

Strong communicator, confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels
-
High attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Passionate about equality, feminist principles, and the rights of children and girls
