As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing critical financial insights that drive business strategies. Your main duties will include:

Collaborating across departments to deliver actionable financial insights that inform decision-making.

Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with local and EU regulatory standards.

Managing day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, monthly closings, and financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.

Overseeing accurate tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax) and maintaining compliance with international tax laws.

Leading and managing statutory and tax audit processes, liaising with external auditors and local authorities.

Designing and maintaining strong financial controls to protect assets and minimize financial risks.

Proactively identifying financial challenges and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Providing guidance on expense reimbursement processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Finance Manager – Essential Skills and Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance roles, with expertise in financial reporting, operations, and tax compliance (preferably in the UK or Dutch market).

Strong understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, tax laws, and compliance regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.

Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

CPA or an equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
