About the Role
This is a hybrid position based in New York City. Candidates must reside in NYC and be available to work in the office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Fubo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with a focus on in-house content production and owned & operated (O&O) networks. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced streaming environment and excels at managing complex budgets with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for in-house content production and O&O networks.

Analyze and refine financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in partnership with the accounting team.

Oversee and manage budget tracking and monthly forecasts for O&O networks, including accrual reporting and CEO-level meetings.

Develop detailed cash flow forecasts and monitor ongoing budget performance.

Enhance financial planning and forecasting processes to promote transparency and accountability across teams.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Content teams to assess monthly content-related expenses.

Manage reporting and reconciliations for content providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including audit support as needed.

Prepare financial performance reports comparing actuals to forecasts.

Support the creation of financial models for internal and board-level presentations.

Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Assist with month-end closing activities and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in corporate finance, preferably within the TV, streaming, tech/media, or content production sectors.

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analysis is preferred. MBA is a plus.

Strong financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.

Proficiency in data analytics tools.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Passionate about sports, entertainment, and pop culture, with solid knowledge of media—particularly TV, film, and digital content.

Compensation
-
Base salary range (NYC): $100,000 – $140,000 per year.

Eligible for annual cash bonuses, equity participation, unlimited PTO, and full medical benefits.

Final compensation will be based on experience, expertise, location, and other relevant factors.
