Position Overview: Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Winter Garden, FL. This role is instrumental in driving financial performance, ensuring strong fiscal control, and supporting key business decisions through financial modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and project-based financial management, along with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Budgeting & Cash Flow Management:
    Lead the development of the organization’s annual operating budget, forecast future performance, and manage comprehensive cash flow models to support liquidity and investment planning.

  • Financial Reporting & KPI Analysis:
    Prepare and deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Perform in-depth variance analyses and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking to assess business performance and identify improvement areas.

  • Project Cost Monitoring:
    Track costs across various projects, ensuring appropriate cost allocation and accurate reporting. Collaborate with project teams and accounting to ensure timely coding, reconciliation, and support during monthly closings.

  • Pro Forma & Feasibility Modeling:
    Build and maintain dynamic pro forma financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new projects, investments, and initiatives.

  • Financing & Audit Support:
    Coordinate all aspects of financing documentation, maintain compliance with loan agreements and covenants, and prepare financial materials for internal and external audits.

  • Process Improvement & System Enhancements:
    Lead the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls. Manage upgrades or implementation of financial software and tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required. An MBA or CPA designation is strongly preferred.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management roles, ideally within project-based or cost-driven industries such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

    • Familiarity with financial reporting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

    • Experience working with industry-specific accounting tools is a plus.
