Position Overview

The Finance Manager acts as the critical link between customers and lending institutions, providing tailored finance options while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. This role drives finance income, maintains customer satisfaction, and promotes value-added products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Lender Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and financial institutions.

  • Present finance options tailored to individual customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong lender relationships.

Credit Review & Payment Structuring

  • Review customer credit applications for accuracy and eligibility.

  • Offer customized payment plans.

  • Clearly explain all financing terms.

Product Sales & Compliance

  • Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts and GAP insurance.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

  • Uphold ethical standards in all transactions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Accurately complete finance documentation and deal paperwork.

  • Ensure timely funding of deals and resolve any funding issues.

  • Track and report finance performance metrics.

Goal Achievement & Customer Satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed monthly finance income and product sales targets.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional, informative interactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in RV or automotive industries.

  • Proven success in closing deals and meeting finance income goals.

  • Proficient in dealership management systems and financial software.

  • Strong computer skills (Excel and CRM preferred).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of consumer finance compliance requirements.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Must pass MVR and background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting, reviewing documents, and computer use.

  • Frequent communication with customers, lenders, and staff.

  • Occasional travel to dealership locations.

  • Visual acuity to read contracts accurately.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
