About the Workday Finance Manager Role

We are hiring a Workday Finance Manager to lead and oversee our Workday Finance and Adaptive systems, ensuring seamless financial operations and innovation. This is a leadership role for a finance professional passionate about technology, health, and fitness.
As the Workday Finance Manager, you will manage a skilled team of analysts, guide ERP implementations, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimize financial systems. This position combines strategic planning, project management, and system expertise to enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

Manage ERP support infrastructure for Finance and Planning in the Workday & Adaptive ecosystem.

Lead system implementations, enhancements, and complex projects with IT and business stakeholders.

Maintain inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).

Hire, train, and mentor finance technology team members for optimal performance.

Manage relationships with external consultants and internal stakeholders.

Develop roadmaps for Workday and third-party system integrations.

Streamline financial operations through ERP solutions and process improvements.
Qualifications for Workday Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

4+ years of experience with ERP cloud implementations for Finance and Planning, including Workday expertise.

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional projects and diverse teams.

Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Expertise in financial reporting, planning, and organizational leadership.

2+ years of experience with Composite and Financial Reporting preferred.
Preferred Skills

Workday Studio and BIRT familiarity.

Workday certifications.

Knowledge of accounting principles and corporate financial reporting.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $105,000–$145,000 (based on experience).
