Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Readiness Project Manager to join GE Aerospace and drive financial excellence for the GE9X program. The Financial Readiness Project Manager will ensure systemic execution of Revenue Sharing Partner (RSP) contracts and prepare the organization for entry into service (EIS). This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration to optimize transactional processes, compliance, and financial accuracy in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities of Financial Readiness Project Manager

As a Financial Readiness Project Manager, you will lead financial readiness efforts across multiple departments.

• Drive cross-functional teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with operations teams to map workflows into efficient financial processes.
• Calculate and coordinate payments with partners while maintaining compliance with RSP agreements.
• Manage all financial matters related to revenue sharing participants.
• Work closely with Controllership, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify and resolve transactional gaps, ensuring full financial readiness before EIS.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.

Required Skills and Qualifications for Financial Readiness Project Manager

The Financial Readiness Project Manager should possess strong analytical and leadership abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with solid interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with genba or lean practices to enhance process improvement.
• Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
