Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the fashion industry, specifically in factory operations and production. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and production-related financial management. This role requires a results-driven individual capable of driving profitability and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for factory and production activities.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cost-efficiency in production processes.
- Manage financial processes for production facilities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and cost allocation.
- Monitor production costs, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency to optimize operations.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and supply chain, to align financial objectives with business goals.
- Analyze production performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in factory and production within the fashion industry.
- Proven experience in cost control, production accounting, and inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
