Finance Systems Manager

Responsibilities

Technology Integration & System Management

• Lead the implementation and integration of finance-related technologies, including ERP, revenue, and payment systems.

• Serve as the NetSuite system administrator, overseeing system configurations, workflows, roles, and user access.

• Partner with Accounting and Supply Chain teams to manage projects and deploy new features or systems.

• Identify and execute automation and process enhancement initiatives across finance and supply chain operations.

• Ensure that system design aligns with operational goals and compliance standards through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Manage data integrations across all financial platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison between Accounting, HR, and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes and audits by ensuring financial systems maintain integrity and readiness.

• Assist Accounting and HR teams with planning tool integrations and reporting functionalities.

• Draft system requirement documents, manage change requests, and lead project execution for financial systems initiatives.

Compliance & Controls

• Maintain financial systems and processes to align with internal controls and SOX compliance (404a/404b).

• Support audit activities by ensuring system data traceability, accuracy, and proper documentation.

• Author and manage IT SOX documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain support.

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting public company financial audits (404b).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end financial systems projects.

• Deep understanding of financial operations, reporting processes, and internal controls.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with SOX-compliant systems such as HRIS or Equity Management platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in translating complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft).

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems.
