Position Overview

Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Hollister, CA
Compensation: $47,500 – $88,100 annually + bonus eligibility
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
ITAR Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required

The Financial Analyst will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy, forecasting, and performance for high-impact aerospace and defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support communication of financial performance, plans, and targets across the organization.

  • Investigate and analyze monthly variances versus forecast, plan, and prior periods.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, program management, pricing, and contracts on budgets and forecasts.

  • Apply Ralliant Business System (RBS) principles for continuous improvement.

  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience: 0–3 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience.

  • Skills:

    • Strong Excel and financial modeling/data analytics.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

    • Curiosity, learning agility, and proactive mindset.

  • Preferred:

    • Knowledge of GAAP and government accounting.

    • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or strong systems aptitude.

    • Background in manufacturing or factory operations.
