Role Overview
The Financial Analyst provides strategic financial support to the Papa John’s International Food Service (PJFS) division. This role involves modeling, planning, and analysis to deliver insights across the PJFS P&L, with exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with related analytics.

Support PJFS planning cycles, including AOP/budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Develop key investment metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance.

Provide pricing support, including volume, price, margin analysis, and costing models.

Collaborate with General Accounting for monthly journal entries.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

1–3 years of corporate financial analysis, reporting, or budgeting experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial applications (Hyperion, Essbase, PeopleSoft, Tableau).

Knowledge of accounting principles, budgets, and corporate finance.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
