Position Overview
The Financial Analyst will join the growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to the FP&A Manager. This role supports annual budgets, monthly forecasts, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives while collaborating across departments to influence business decisions.
This newly created role provides the opportunity to develop high-impact financial insights and gain exposure to leadership, shaping both short-term and long-term business strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business lines.

Prepare and communicate monthly financial results; analyze variances and identify risks/opportunities.

Support quarterly external financial reporting and data preparation.

Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Perform ad-hoc analyses for CEO, CFO, and leadership team initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
