The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling and communication skills to support and accelerate growth for Adobe’s AI-first products. As part of the Digital Experience Enterprise finance team, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, optimize revenue growth, and support continued innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams on long-term strategic and operational planning.

  • Lead analysis across 3-year modeling, annual planning, and in-year performance tracking.

  • Support business case modeling with data-driven analysis and provide insights into business impact.

  • Analyze topline revenue and expense trends, delivering insights, recommendations, and performance storytelling.

  • Build scalable reporting processes, automate workflows, and leverage generative AI tools to improve efficiency.

  • Develop and deliver critical business metrics to measure health, risks, and opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in subscription/SaaS finance or strong finance education with a willingness to learn.

  • 1–3 years of FP&A or related experience.

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau preferred. SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to ambiguity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • U.S. Pay Range: $78,200 – $158,800 annually (varies by location, skills, and experience).

  • Eligible for Adobe’s Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and, for some roles, long-term equity awards.
