Key Responsibilities of a Financial Analyst
Business Analysis & Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, highlighting achievement vs. budget and plan.

Provide management with detailed reports, charts, and forecasts to identify business trends.

Partner with finance leaders and operational managers to deliver variance analyses and actionable insights.
Forecasting & Strategic Planning

Maintain and improve forecasting and investment models.

Support annual planning, long-range strategy, and ad hoc financial analyses.

Deliver professional services revenue forecasts and evaluate software development investment needs.
Process Improvement & Collaboration

Coordinate with leaders across departments to provide financial recommendations.

Develop continuous process improvements for finance and supporting teams.

Leverage financial systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills for efficient analysis.
What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 2–4 years in financial analysis, budget variance, or business planning.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting, cash flow, and financial analysis techniques.

Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data management expertise.
