Key Responsibilities of a Financial Analyst

  • Analyze monthly financial results, trends, and performance metrics.

Qualifications Needed for a Financial Analyst

To succeed in this role, the Financial Analyst should bring:

  • At least 3 years of financial planning, analysis, or reporting experience.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerPivot, PowerQuery, pivot tables, modeling).

  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting forecasting processes and ROI evaluation.
