About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Reporting & Analytics team. This role supports global business units and Finance Presidents by delivering accurate financial insights, driving process improvements, and enhancing reporting. Based at our Northfield, Illinois headquarters (hybrid schedule), you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage tools like Oracle Cloud EPM, Tableau, and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst

  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly management adjustments in compliance with internal controls.

  • Validate and reconcile financial data within Oracle Cloud EPM, FCCS, and related systems.

  • Build and enhance dashboards and reporting packages with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

  • Partner with FP&A, Division Finance, and Financial Systems teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting quality.

  • Develop SOPs to document workflows and ensure knowledge transfer.

  • Support the month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business objectives and strategic planning.


Qualifications for Senior Financial Analyst

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience.

  • Advanced ERP knowledge (Oracle Cloud EPM, FCCS strongly preferred).

  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

  • Experience with financial consolidation, global planning, and cash flow processes is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, able to explain financial data clearly.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
