About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join Liberty Mutual’s One Global Ledger (OneGL) Program, a large-scale finance transformation initiative. This role will lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Accounts Payable and Indirect Tax workstream as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with global finance teams, oversee system integrations, and ensure compliance with both management and regulatory requirements. If you have deep knowledge of accounts payable, indirect tax, and SAP systems, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Liberty Mutual’s most strategic global finance projects.
Financial Analyst – Key Responsibilities

Lead the documentation of accounts payable and indirect tax requirements, ensuring alignment with Treasury, General Ledger, Reporting, and Security & Controls workstreams.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and research to support the SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Partner with stakeholders to define product vision and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP finance solutions and business processes.

Collaborate with the P2P OneGL production team to deliver global finance capabilities.

Create and execute test cases, train end-users, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Define business use cases with input from global stakeholders.
Financial Analyst – Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or advanced degree preferred).

7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or finance program management.

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or Indirect Tax (preferred).

Familiarity with SAP (S/4HANA) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings and influence stakeholders.

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
