Financial Analyst – Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

Build financial models to evaluate new business initiatives, capital investments, and cost structures.

Partner with cross-functional teams to guide strategic decision-making.

Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances against budget and forecast.

Assist in preparing presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.

Ensure financial data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.

Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support planning and strategy.

Maintain compliance with internal policies, controls, and financial regulations.
Financial Analyst – Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of financial analysis or corporate finance experience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.

Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Workday.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Clear communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
