US Renal Care (USRC) is hiring a Financial Analyst to support its Operations Finance Team through financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics. Key Responsibilities of a Financial Analyst

Support the Operations Finance Team with detailed reporting and analytics, including treatment volume, expense variance, and labor productivity analysis.

Analyze key performance indicators such as JV performance, cost per treatment, and operational efficiency.

Assist in the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ad hoc financial and operational analysis that guides leadership decisions.

Create and present financial reports and visual dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools.

Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics processes for improved efficiency.

Maintain compliance with internal policies while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Participate in team meetings and occasional travel to support on-site financial operations.
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst Role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Decision Sciences, or a related analytical discipline (required).

1–3 years of financial analyst experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and modeling techniques.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with experience in PivotTables and formulas.

Experience with Tableau, Planful, or other business intelligence tools preferred.

Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, manage priorities, and communicate effectively.

Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
