Financial Analyst – Key Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic growth and efficiency across LifeStance Health.

Support annual business plans and forecast updates to meet company objectives.

Improve visibility and analysis of financial results while providing actionable insights to senior management.

Collaborate with Payor Engagement and Revenue Cycle teams to understand financial impacts and opportunities.

Conduct deep-dive analyses into revenue, payer reimbursement, and operational data to identify trends and risks.

Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist with financial reports and presentations for leadership and business partners.
Financial Analyst – Collaboration and Strategy
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial processes and enhance data-driven insights.

Partner across departments to align financial planning and improve data quality.

Financial Analyst – Skills and Qualifications
To excel as a Financial Analyst, you’ll need strong analytical, communication, and technical expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar roles.

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial modeling, and corporate finance principles.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

SQL experience preferred but not required.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
