Job Overview:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing accounting, financial reporting, and analysis functions to support business decisions and maintain accurate financial records. This role involves extracting and analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, maintaining reporting models, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities

Extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data from multiple systems.

Verify and test information for accuracy and consistency.

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and trend analyses.

Support client performance and compensation reporting.

Participate in month-end accounting and reconciliation processes.

Troubleshoot reporting and data issues to maintain accuracy.

Improve and document reporting and planning procedures.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
