Key Responsibilities of a Corporate Development Financial Analyst

As a Corporate Development Financial Analyst, you’ll lead financial analysis and strategic decision-making for RTI’s corporate initiatives. Your role will include:

  • Developing and maintaining valuation models, forecasts, and financial reports to assess acquisitions and investments.

  • Collaborating with finance, legal, HR, and business units to evaluate deal synergies, risks, and structures.

  • Managing due diligence workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications for the Corporate Development Financial Analyst Role

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s/MBA with 3+ years in financial modeling, valuation, or corporate development.
