Internship Overview
The Finance Internship – Early Careers offers a unique opportunity to work in financial planning, analysis, treasury, capital planning, and budgeting. You will gain practical experience analyzing financials, developing forecasts, and supporting budget preparation while contributing to impactful projects that shape the health care system.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and report on financial results.

Assist in the development of program forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.

Conduct research on economic trends to inform financial planning decisions.

Create templates and spreadsheets to illustrate financial outcomes and forecasts.

Collaborate with finance teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance at an accredited college or university (internships are not intended for graduating seniors).

Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (F-1, H-1B, TN, etc., are not eligible).
Preferred Qualifications

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication skills.

Effective oral, written, and presentation abilities.
