About the Role
SAU Tech is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join the Workforce Department under the HIRED grant. The role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, program support, and optimizing departmental performance. Candidates with a finance background are preferred, though training will be provided to the right individual.
Key Responsibilities

Generate invoices, track revenue, and produce accurate financial reports for the workforce department.

Organize and categorize existing workforce data into spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.

Analyze financial data to predict trends, assess risks, and advise on departmental strategies.

Identify opportunities to improve resource allocation, reduce costs, and enhance departmental performance.

Support workforce program planning, development, and evaluation, ensuring programs are effective and financially sustainable.

Advise the department on financial acumen, forecasting, and productivity.

Maintain accuracy of data and records, updating information as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the workforce department.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in financial analysis, management, data entry, or related fields is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Background check required.

On-campus attendance required; relocation expected if not within a reasonable commuting distance.

Grant-funded position under the HIRED program; grant expires December 2026. Continued employment contingent on budget availability.
