Overview

This is a full-time leadership opportunity based at our Rosenhayn, NJ Financial Center.

The Financial Center Manager leads all aspects of financial center performance, including sales growth, service excellence, community engagement, and operational compliance. The role emphasizes talent development, strategic leadership, and fostering a culture of success to achieve and exceed financial center goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Growth

  • Drive consumer and small business sales using Fulton’s sales process and CRM tools.

  • Set employee performance expectations and development plans.

  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships and resolve complex inquiries.

Leadership & Coaching

  • Utilize Fulton coaching models to mentor team members.

  • Provide consistent feedback, role-play, and support for employee development.

  • Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and growth.

Community Engagement & Business Development

  • Build networks with individuals, small businesses, and local organizations.

  • Represent Fulton on non-profit boards/committees to strengthen community presence.

  • Promote Fulton’s small business banking products and services.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee risk management, compliance, and internal process adherence.

  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism.

  • Optimize operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Talent & Strategic Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and evaluate financial center employees.

  • Manage performance reviews, pay recommendations, and workload distribution.

  • Champion cultural initiatives and contribute to broader business strategy.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience (required).

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales (required).

  • 3+ years in leadership (Sales, Operations, or Risk Management) (required).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

  • Strong Small Business Banking acumen.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-driven with enthusiasm to exceed expectations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $63,000 – $105,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and location).

  • Incentives: Eligible for a short-term incentive plan tied to performance.
