About the Role
US Fertility, one of the premier fertility centers in the United States, is seeking a Financial Educator to join our Ovation team. In this role, you will work directly with physicians, providers, and patients to ensure they understand their benefits, financial options, and insurance coverage throughout their fertility care journey.
This position requires strong communication, patient advocacy, and expertise in healthcare billing and insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with patients regarding benefits, coverage, and financial options.

Perform benefit verification and prior authorizations.

Provide ongoing financial education and assistance to patients.

Maintain accurate patient financial and insurance records.

Serve as an educator, advocate, and liaison between patients and providers.
Skills & Qualifications
-
2–4 years of medical business office experience (billing, collections, insurance/benefits, patient interaction).

Ability to read and interpret payer remittance advice (allowed charges, adjustments, denials, patient responsibility, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in an OB/GYN office is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong customer service orientation.
