Position Summary

The Manager, Finance is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, debt management, invoicing, and accounts payable across regions. This role supervises Financial Analysts, Accounting Assistants, and other financial staff while driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Analysis

  • Develop financial strategies by analyzing revenue, expenses, investments, and risks.

  • Conduct analytical reviews to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare reports and financial recommendations for senior management.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Support audits and implement process improvements.

Operational & Reporting Duties

  • Manage accounts payable, invoices, and billing accuracy.

  • Oversee month-end close (journal entries, cost accruals, submissions, profitability models).

  • Publish financial reports and KPIs.

  • Support vendor management, cost quotes, and risk assessments.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise and develop financial staff.

  • Lead performance management and training.

  • Foster accountability, empowerment, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance with at least 3 years supervising staff.

  • Skills:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas).

    • Strong analytical and math skills.

    • Effective communication and presentation.

    • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Language: English (reading, writing, verbal).

Additional Details

  • Travel: Up to 25% within the United States.
