La Riv in Temple, TX is seeking talented and passionate Bartenders to join our fine dining team. After reopening our original location following the 2024 tornado, our restaurant is thriving, and we are ready to welcome new team members who will elevate our guest experience.

Pay & Benefits

$20.00 – $50.00 per hour (average earnings: $150–$250 per shift)

Responsibilities
-
Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, wine, and beverages

Provide professional, inviting, and attentive service

Offer menu knowledge and assist with guest recommendations

Answer questions about food and beverage preparation

Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and guest areas

Complete opening, running, and closing side work

Collaborate with FOH team and contribute to a memorable guest atmosphere
Requirements
-
2+ years bartending experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants (required)

Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
-
Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred
-
Strong time management, multitasking, and sales skills
