Job Summary:
Horbury Property Services Ltd is seeking three experienced and dependable Fire Stoppers to support its expanding nationwide operations. This hands-on role involves the delivery of high-quality passive fire protection solutions on various construction and refurbishment sites across the UK.
You will be expected to install fire stopping systems in compliance with FIRAS accreditation and industry standards, use digital tools to record daily work, and uphold site safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Install passive fire protection systems to required specifications and FIRAS standards

Record and synchronise work accurately using the BORIS electronic system

Coordinate with other trades and internal teams to support efficient operations

Safely manage and store materials and tools on site

Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations and attend training as required

Work independently and provide site-level fire stopping solutions in consultation with management

Occasionally lead installations and assist with site planning, including materials and scheduling

Complete all required documentation accurately and follow company vehicle and fleet protocols
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection

Knowledge of FIRAS compliance and digital systems like BORIS (preferred)

Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute within a team

Willingness to travel and work across multiple UK sites

Good communication, planning, and organisational skills
