About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated First Contact Physiotherapist to join our industry-leading team at Primary Care Physio—the UK’s largest independent provider of First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) services in NHS Primary Care. You will be integrated into GP practice teams, providing expert MSK assessments while benefiting from an unparalleled support network and training opportunities.

With over 175 NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs) commissioning our services, we currently serve over 8 million patients nationwide. This role offers the best of both worlds—local integration into GP practices combined with strong peer support from our 335+ FCP specialists across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced MSK assessments and diagnostics as the first point of contact for patients

  • Work closely with GPs, multidisciplinary teams, and PCNs to enhance patient care pathways

  • Use digital tools and tech-enabled solutions to improve service efficiency

  • Participate in clinical supervision, peer support, and CPD training

  • Contribute to service development, ensuring evidence-based best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience

  • Minimum of 3 years MSK clinical experience, aligning with HEE’s Roadmap to Practice

  • Strong diagnostic skills and a passion for primary care innovation

  • Adaptability to the fast-paced nature of GP practice settings

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
