What You’ll Do

Lead night-shift performance: brief, motivate and coach a team to meet productivity, safety and quality targets.

Monitor warehouse KPIs: track picking, put-away and dispatch metrics; report results to management.

Coordinate workflow: allocate labour and MHE to hit volume deadlines for high-volume orders.

Maintain inventory accuracy: use our digital tracking system to trace orders and keep records audit-ready.

Drive continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, implement process tweaks and support Lean initiatives.
What You’ll Bring

Practical experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or FLM in a logistics or warehouse environment.

Strong grasp of supply-chain processes—from goods-in to outbound.

Working knowledge of WMS / logistics software and good overall IT skills.

Organisational flair, clear communication and the confidence to train and develop colleagues.

Desirable: a recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
