Fleet Manager (Light Duty)

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience in fleet management or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of towing protocols would be a bonus but not required.
  • Exceptional leadership and people-management skills—you know how to inspire and motivate teams!
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving challenges before they arise.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use reporting tools and fleet management software.
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • A valid Tow Certificate and a solid understanding of safety and legal requirements for fleet operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee our fleet to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
  • Investigate any service delays or issues, digging deep to find solutions and reporting directly to company leadership.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address operational concerns and maintain fleet integrity.
  • Ensure our trucks are in top-notch condition—fully equipped, safe, and ready to hit the road!
  • Play an active role in hiring, training, and mentoring drivers and subcontractors, making sure everyone knows the ropes (and hooks).
  • Share insights, updates, and ideas with leadership to improve operations and enhance business development.
