This is a hands-on, data-driven role at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and operations, with direct impact on the reliability and success of our delivery robot fleet.

Team Mission

The Fleet Quality team focuses on uncovering real-world issues using field data, conducting root cause analyses, and collaborating with engineers to create permanent fixes. You’ll work closely with hardware, software, and robotics teams to continuously raise the bar on product performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze field data from system logs, dashboards, support tickets, and reports to identify and track failure trends.

  • Use Python, SQL, OpenSearch, Grafana, and other tools to interpret and visualize complex data sets.

  • Design and execute targeted test plans to isolate failures and determine root causes.

  • Collaborate with engineers to develop test fixtures and assemblies to improve robot reliability.

  • Present synthesized insights and issue trends to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, actionable format.

  • Work with technicians and engineers to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for robot repair, calibration, and upgrades.

  • Conduct in-depth failure analyses to the root cause level for both hardware and software systems.
