Due to exciting growth and investment in our retirement proposition strategy, Royal London is recruiting a Proposition Analyst to join our Advisor Experience team. This is a brilliant opportunity to bring creativity, insight, and customer focus to our innovative product development journey.
You will take ownership of proposition initiatives—designing and refining retirement solutions, enhancing customer and adviser journeys, and aligning closely with internal teams and third parties to deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine retirement propositions that meet customer, adviser, and strategic needs

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment

Translate market insight and behavioural trends into meaningful product solutions

Ensure customer and adviser journeys are clearly mapped and continuously improved

Support the maintenance and accuracy of existing propositions and related communications

Play an active role in shaping strategy and proposing innovative changes

Embrace agile delivery methods to ensure efficient and value-driven outcomes
About You

Experience in financial services with an understanding of industry regulations

Ideally some knowledge of the retirement market (but not essential)

A strategic, creative thinker with commercial acumen

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

A team player who is collaborative, proactive, and ready to challenge convention

Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
