We’re seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Floral Manager to lead our floral department, manage daily operations, and inspire a team to deliver visually stunning displays and unforgettable customer experiences. What You’ll Do
As Floral Manager, you’ll oversee the entire floral department, from staffing and inventory to merchandising and community engagement. You’ll use your strategic thinking, people skills, and creative eye to elevate our floral offerings and ensure department profitability.
Leadership & People Management

Make employment-related decisions or effectively recommend hiring, promoting, disciplining, and developing team members

Conduct interviews, performance appraisals, and partner feedback

Write department schedules and oversee daily staffing needs

Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on quality and service
Operations & Merchandising

Oversee all floral operations, including inventory, ordering, and vendor relations

Ensure floral products are always fresh, in stock, and beautifully presented

Create visually appealing arrangements and displays for everyday sales and special events

Collaborate with other departments and chefs to cross-promote products and services

Maintain government and company standards for freshness, safety, and sanitation
Sales & Strategy

Drive sales by creating impactful merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns

Engage with clients for custom orders, events, and ongoing floral services

Maintain and manage budgets, including labor, product, and packaging costs

Stay current on floral trends, seasonal opportunities, and competitive offerings
What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience, preferably in floral, catering, or a food retail environment
