As a BLOOMS Manager, you’ll lead the Store’s BLOOMS team to provide superior customer service, while maintaining the department on a daily basis.

Graduate of School of Retail Management (SORM)

Previous leadership/management experience

Job Responsibilities:
Management Duties

Make key employment and business decisions

Design floral arrangements and support daily operations
-
Translate corporate plans into store-specific execution

Develop future leaders through SORM

Oversee scheduling, product ordering, inventory, and budgeting
Sales & Analytics

Maintain floral inventory and seasonal availability
-
Promote events to boost sales and profits
-
Deliver excellent customer engagement and service
-
Meet gross profit targets by managing costs and forecasts
Required Background:
-
Minimum age 18
-
SORM graduate
-
1+ year of floral or department-level experience
-
Leadership or management experience
-
Floral OJT completion
-
Food Safety/SRS certified
Skills & Knowledge:

Floral product knowledge and availability
-
Seasonal/product pricing awareness
-
MS Office (Word, Excel) and internal systems proficiency

Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
Physical Requirements:

Work in a fast-paced retail environment

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach continuously

Work in cooler/wet environments
-
Occasionally lift 40–50 lbs

Flexibility for extended hours and rotating shifts
