About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll be a vital member of our restaurant team—delivering professional, friendly service and creating exceptional dining experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests to the restaurant

Maintain excellent menu knowledge and confidently answer food-related queries

Serve food and beverages efficiently with a high level of professionalism

Accurately take orders, including dietary requirements and special requests

Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and support revenue targets

Ensure tables and service areas are prepared and maintained to high standards

Handle guest feedback and complaints appropriately, referring to management where needed
What We’re Looking For

A naturally friendly, bubbly personality with a passion for hospitality

Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting

Strong attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs

Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
