About the Location
Set in the heart of the American West, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is a luxurious mountain lodge surrounded by the rugged peaks of the Teton Range. Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide water and introductory service

Assist Restaurant Servers with all aspects of service

Answer menu and specials questions in the absence of a server

Clear, clean, and reset tables with linens, glassware, and silverware

Communicate effectively with servers, staff, and management

Move tables and chairs as needed

Learn and perform Four Seasons’ Sequence of Service standards

Deliver food and describe dishes with elegance in a synchronized manner

Use resort computer system to process orders, checks, and payments

Anticipate and respond to guest and team member needs promptly

Stock supplies and assist with restaurant cleaning as needed
Preferred Qualifications

Outgoing personality with a professional, confident presence

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)

Fluent in English
-
Previous experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Legal authorization to work in the United States
