About Us
We’re gearing up for the grand opening of The Hart in Marylebone, a brand-new multi-floor venue combining a classic pub, a modern restaurant, and an intimate dining space. Each floor will serve high-quality pub classics, paired with excellent beverages and warm hospitality in a relaxed setting.
We’re now hiring energetic Food Runners to join our Front of House team and help us deliver seamless service from kitchen to table.
What You’ll Do as a Food Runner

Promptly collect and deliver food from kitchen to tables

Double-check order accuracy and table numbers before serving

Assist in clearing and resetting tables before and after service
-
Support the team to maintain a clean, welcoming dining space
-
Respond to guest needs quickly and with a smile
-
Be an essential link between kitchen and floor for smooth service
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive, and approachable personality

Great communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail when delivering food orders

A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
-
Flexibility to work a mix of shifts
Previous experience in a high-volume or premium dining environment is preferred but not essential—we’ll train the right person!
