Job Description
As a valued member of our Food and Beverage team, you will deliver an elevated dining experience to members and guests in a variety of outlets such as the Mixed Grill, Tap Room, and Outdoor Dining Terrace.
Responsibilities:

Complete daily pre-shift and post-shift checklists ensuring service areas are ready

Support stocking of service areas with ice, napkins, straws, and other essentials

Inspect expo area before opening and prepare condiments, ramekins, and equipment
-
Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables accurately and promptly
-
Act as liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff
-
Communicate food orders clearly to chefs, noting priorities and special requests (e.g., allergies)
-
Assist wait staff with table setting and accompaniment placement
-
Ensure food safety standards are met (proper temperature, hygiene)
-
Take additional orders and check in with customers as needed
-
Clear dirty dishes and utensils promptly
-
Relay customer feedback or requests to restaurant staff
-
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspace and equipment
-
Attend required trainings and staff meetings, including pre-shift line-ups
-
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
-
Stock, clean, and organize kitchen areas as requested
-
Report any issues to management immediately

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Relevant experience related to food service or a combination of education and experience
-
High level of professionalism and presentation fitting a private club setting

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sporadic environment

Commitment to quality and safety standards

Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules

Excellent oral communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to carry heavy trays, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to work in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, fumes)

Comfortable working near moving machinery
