Position Summary
The Foreman oversees and coordinates job site operations, including field crews, apprentices, and laborers. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, plans, and codes.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring work meets company and code standards.

Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

Manage project materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.

Oversee inspections to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.

Participate in weekly job site meetings and provide updates.

Diagnose/troubleshoot system issues and perform system testing.

Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications for material and installation needs.

Maintain knowledge of NEC and state-specific codes and ensure team compliance.

Submit RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence as needed.

Work with Project Manager to review material and labor estimates.

Communicate effectively with leadership and team members.

Ensure timely delivery of materials/equipment by coordinating with vendors.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
4+ years of trade-specific construction experience (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing).
Preferred:
-
Prior supervisory experience.

Ability to read and comprehend written (English) materials.

Professional certifications or licenses.
-
Mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience.
Physical Demands
-
Stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift throughout shifts.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.

Ability to work in confined spaces, hazardous environments, and adverse conditions.
