Rules of Engagement Statement

6. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

   • Operate powered industrial equipment to transport palletized products from the dock to designated warehouse slots, ensuring all pallets are securely placed to prevent damage or injury during selection.
   • Replenish pick slots with inventory from reserve slots to maintain stock levels for night shift operations.
   • Conduct safety and operational checks on equipment, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
   • Document all instances of product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
   • Maintain clean aisles by removing debris from floors and racks.
   • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

   Working Relationships:

   • Internal: Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Control
   • External: N/A

   Work Environment:

   • Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, with temperatures ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.

   Minimum Qualifications:

   • Ability to read and write clearly, with basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
   • Must be able to comprehend Voxware commands.

   Certifications/Training:

   • OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification required.

   Preferred Qualifications:

   • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
   • Previous experience as a Selector is a plus.
   • Prior experience operating forklifts is preferred.
