Join a High-Impact Startup Internship & Work Directly with Founders

We’re looking for an ambitious and highly adaptable Business Operations Intern to join our fast-growing London-based startup. This is not your average internship — it’s a rare chance to gain hands-on experience across core areas of business and work side-by-side with our founding team on real, high-impact projects.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll touch on every non-technical function in the company, including market analysis, contract drafting, marketing campaign support, event planning, and sales presentations.

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Support founders with high-priority operational projects and strategy execution

  •  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide decision-making

  •  Assist in NDA and contract creation, marketing documents, and investor presentations

  •  Manage social media communications and help shape external messaging

  •  Work cross-functionally to support ongoing business needs — from admin to events

  •  Help develop sales decks and materials for client and investor engagement

 What We’re Looking For:

  •  Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities

  •  Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks without sacrificing quality

 Internship Details:

  •  Must be based in London or willing to relocate before the internship begins

  •  Full-time commitment for a minimum of 8 weeks

  •  In-person collaboration — we value the energy of working together on-site

 Recruitment Process:

  1. Introductory Call (20 mins) – Casual chat to discuss your background and motivation

  2. Take-Home Task (1 hr) – A short challenge to assess your analytical and communication skills

  3. Founders Call (30 mins) – Final interview to assess cultural fit and alignment with our goals

  4. Offer Stage – Successful candidates will receive a formal internship offer
