What You’ll Do
-
Design, build, and scale resilient infrastructure to support end-to-end machine learning workflows—from development and training to deployment.

Optimize and manage MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, model training workflows, and high-performance model serving systems.

Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and efficient.

Partner closely with researchers and product teams to translate innovative ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise in ML infrastructure, scalable system architecture, and DevOps/MLOps best practices.
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience in building and scaling applications from the ground up (0 to 1).
-
Deep proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.

Strong hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including managing data pipelines, training infrastructure, and model deployment for cutting-edge ML models.
-
Ability to strike the right balance between rapid iteration in research environments and long-term scalability in production systems.

Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Bonus: Experience with infrastructure for consumer-facing applications.
