Role Summary

The Fraud Review Analyst is responsible for manually reviewing online transactions to ensure authenticity and protect customers and clients from fraudulent activity. This role involves analyzing patterns, collaborating with customer service, and supporting operational efficiency to maintain a secure, seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze multiple data points quickly to make high-quality decisions that impact clients and customers.

• Detect links between fraudulent transactions to identify and prevent fraud rings.

• Collaborate with customer service and assist with customer escalations.

• Contribute to improving operational efficiency by managing queue volumes.

• Discuss emerging fraud trends with the team to enhance strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.

• Self-starter with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics-driven environment.

• Flexible and willing to work according to business needs, including weekends.

• (Desired) Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related field; HS diploma required.

• Experience working effectively as part of a team.
