Key Responsibilities
- 
Navigate the unique complexities of leveraging data and technology in the marketing and advertising landscape, taking into account existing analytics, consumer insights, media, and creative processes.

Develop and enhance models focused on common marketing objectives such as media targeting, personalization, regression analysis, and attribution modeling.
 - 
Generate audience insights through advanced statistical methods, including predictive modeling, segmentation, survey design, and testing frameworks, to deepen consumer understanding and strengthen their relationship with the brand.
 - 
Contribute to the agency’s analytics advancement by enhancing capabilities, data products, and toolsets.
 - 
Conduct exploratory data analysis and mine complex, often fragmented datasets—including product metadata, user-level interactions, primary research, audience profiles, social sentiment, and DMP data.
 - 
Provide thought leadership and collaborate proactively with internal teams and clients, clearly communicating findings and strategic implications.
 
Qualifications
- 
6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Research Assistant, or in a similar analytical role.
 - 
Strong technical proficiency in Python (and relevant libraries), R, SQL, and familiarity with modern data platforms and data structures.
 - 
Proven statistical reasoning skills and ability to apply them to real-world business problems.
 - 
Skilled in translating business challenges into data solutions through effective requirements gathering and problem-solving.
 - 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical decisions and their business impact.
 - 
Experience working with marketing, advertising, or survey data is a plus.
