Salary: £30,000.00 – £40,000.00 per year (with additional performance-based bonuses)

About Us: Leap Digital is a full-service marketing agency, delivering premium websites, SEO, PPC, branding, and digital strategy for UK businesses of all sizes. ClinicGrower is a specialized agency focused on helping private medical and aesthetics clinics grow through high-performance websites and paid media. As a Freelance Web & Graphic Designer, you’ll support both brands with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build fast, responsive, premium websites using Elementor Pro.
• Design visual assets, including on-page graphics, buttons, icons, and section visuals.
• Develop and refine landing pages, single-page builds, and full websites.
• Maintain and update existing client websites across both agencies.
• Follow brand guidelines, improving visual systems where necessary.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager, SEO, and PPC teams.
• Occasionally produce ad creatives, social media graphics, or email visuals.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert-level experience with Elementor Pro.
• Strong understanding of WordPress best practices.
• Advanced graphic design skills using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar.
• Excellent layout, typography, and spacing awareness.
• Basic SEO knowledge (H-tag structure, schema, page speed).
• Familiarity with plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, Crocoblock, Rank Math).
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in aesthetics, medical, or wellness industries.
• CRO experience or a testing-focused design mindset.
• Animation, motion graphics, or interactive design skills.
• Ability to produce branded social graphics, ads, or email creatives.
