Key Responsibilities

Guest Services: Provide warm, personalized service and assist guests with their needs.

Check-In & Check-Out: Handle arrivals and departures accurately and efficiently.

Reservations: Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel’s system.

Front Desk Operations: Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.

Payment Processing: Accurately process cash, card, and digital transactions.

Guest Relations: Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly.

Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.

Sales Support: Promote hotel services, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue.

Safety & Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For

Previous hotel front office or guest service experience (required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
