Position: Front Desk Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Onsite / In-person
Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

Answer phones professionally and provide accurate information

Maintain daily logbooks and handle cash transactions

Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Use Microsoft computer applications for front desk operations

Support hotel operations during weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality OR 2+ years in customer service

Strong communication and telephone skills

Ability to handle cash and basic accounting tasks

Proficiency with Microsoft computer systems

Flexibility to work various shifts (our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year)
