Front Desk Agent

Position: Front Desk Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Onsite / In-person

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

  • Answer phones professionally and provide accurate information

  • Maintain daily logbooks and handle cash transactions

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Use Microsoft computer applications for front desk operations

  • Support hotel operations during weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality OR 2+ years in customer service

  • Strong communication and telephone skills

  • Ability to handle cash and basic accounting tasks

  • Proficiency with Microsoft computer systems

  • Flexibility to work various shifts (our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year)
