Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Legends, you will deliver professional yet personal guest service while ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs. You will process payments, answer inquiries in person and by phone, assist with reservations, and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Essential Functions

Provide prompt, professional, and personalized service during guest check-in and check-out.

Handle payments accurately according to resort policies.

Maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests, employees, and members.

Assist with billing, credit policy application, and guest service recovery when needed.

Actively participate in briefings, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Ensure guest confidentiality and follow resort safety procedures.

Build rapport with VIPs and long-term guests; handle special requests and coordinate future visits.

Maintain a database of guest preferences, habits, and special dates.

Support management with daily checklists, projects, and operational needs.

Act discreetly in guest areas while maintaining professionalism.

Understand and communicate hotel promotions and updates.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

2+ years of guest service experience (1+ year in a hotel preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English (oral, written, and telephone).

Professional appearance and grooming in line with company standards.

Proficient computer skills; Visual One PMS or Opera PMS experience preferred.
